St. Cloud State University seeks applications for two Fixed Term Non-Probationary Instructor positions in the Management and Entrepreneurship Department of the Herberger Business School beginning Fall Semester 2020. In addition to eight undergraduate majors, the School offers an MBA and a Master of Science in Information Assurance. Teach undergraduate courses in two or more of the following areas: Principles of Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Small Business Management, Organizational Leadership, Operations Management, and Strategic Management. Willingness to teach face-to-face, hybrid, and on-line classes. Contribute to the achievement of all departmental goals.
Master's degree in Management or related field.
Evidence of demonstrated ability to teach and work with persons from culturally diverse backgrounds.
MBA or doctorate degree from an AACSB-accredited university.
Recent teaching experience (with student evaluations) in two or more of the following areas: Principles of Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Small Business Management, Organizational Leadership, Operations Management, and Strategic Management at a four-year university including face-to-face, hybrid and on-line.
