Part-time faculty on the SAN ANTONIO campus. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in English Composition and/or Technical Writing based on academic qualifications. Applicants will be contacted according to departmental needs. Teaching assignments are all in face-to-face format and may include day or night classes.
Master's Degree in English, or a related field, from a regionally accredited institution
A minimum of 18 graduate hours in English, or a related field
A minimum of one year college or university teaching experience
Experience teaching non-traditional, first generation, culturally diverse students preferred
Experience with contemporary instructional technologies such as learning management systems and e-portfolios preferred
Complete Ph.D. in English or related field is preferred
