The Division of Advancement Talentâ™s team represents the values of inclusion, equity, trust, integrity, collaboration, innovation, problem solving and authenticity. The Talent Coordinator will report to the Executive Director, Talent and Resource Management and provide advanced level operational, programmatic and administrative support to the Division of Advancement Talent team. This role will also provide administrative, logistical and operational support to Talent team on all talent management strategies and initiatives, which includes but is not limited to onboarding, talent acquisition, meetings, training, and office maintenance, data maintenance technical and logistical support. The incumbent will also offer programmatic, project management and operational support to the team as well as the Division.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum two years of related experience
Processing and data processing preferred
Bachelorâ™s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent relationship building skills
Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to balance competing priorities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Dedicated providing excellence in customer skills
Strong technical skills, particularly with MAS Office Suite products
Possesses a willingness and ability to support a diverse and inclusive environment
