Transform lives by delivering, teaching and managing effective educational programming in basic farm management to include current and emerging issues and/or other grant specific deliverables for women in agriculture. Must be able to engage audiences through diverse learning strategies. Perform a variety of programmatic and administrative duties. Ability to travel within service area. Position will be located in Scottsbluff.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. Degree must be completed by start date. Demonstrated ability to teach. Ability to keep accurate records and prepare reports. Valid driver’s license required.
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in agricultural education or closely related field. Education planning, teaching and/or Extension experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and teamwork skills. Knowledge of spreadsheet and data management software preferred. Self-starter with excellent organizational skills. Social media skills.
