Research Support - Laboratory/Non-Laboratory, Staff/Administrative
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a part-time Research Assistant for the Clinical Research Center at the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
The Research Assistant, under the direct supervision of the Manager of Clinical Research Center (CRC), will assist Research Nurse Coordinators in activities to support and grow the CRC.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
Assist research nurse coordinators with study subjects.
Registration of research subjects.
Assist Nurse manager with budget preparation.
Supports research laboratory testing including set-up, processing and shipping, ordering of supplies.
Develop clinical trial specific source documents
Supports data entry, study record maintenance and archiving.
Assist with study specific scheduling and tracking study visits.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge of database and reporting tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must have excellent organization, communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
