The ClydeAustin 4-H Center provides a safe and efficient facility for 4-H camping andenvironmental education. This position will be in charge of providing basicnursing care including but not limited to dispensing medicine, administeringfirst aid, and record-keeping on all 4-H summer campers. Duties include:
Dispenseprescription and over-the-counter medications.
Administergeneral first aid.
Collectand maintain From 600 and other forms required by Center.
Completeand file necessary reports.
Coordinatehealth care activities with other staff nurse, camp directors, and manager.
Maintainfirst aid supplies in First Aid Room/Nurse's Station and other appropriatelocations.
Informother staff nurse, administrative specialist, and manager when supplies are lowand need to be purchased.
Provideleadership for a program of activities that meets the needs of all eligibleclientele regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability,religion or veteran status.
