Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist*. May also include some basic data entry and report generation.
Maintain, restock CDE Operatories as needed. Assist in the hosting of Continuing Dental Education events by the OHSU School of Dentistry, mostly on the weekends and evenings. Duties may include helping with the registration of the course participants and providing customer service inclusive of hosting duties that involve 3rd parties deliveries and services, preparatory work for hosting the events, and related tasks as assigned.
Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in
Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours) OR
Graduate Program (minimum 4.5 credit hours)
Must have interest experience in customer service
Must have great communication skills
Duties to be performed will involve weekends and occasional evenings, and will primarily involve OHSU facilities
Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
