Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
One (1) to three (3) years with Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Significant knowledge of PC, Windows hardware and software.
Basic knowledge of enterprise networking including TCP/IP, Ethernet. Basic knowledge of troubleshooting network issues on a desktop machine, with an emphasis on Windows.
