The Division of Pediatric Allergy/Immunology & Rheumatology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the North Carolina Children's Hospital is seeking an individual to join a busy and productive academic practice. This is a full-time, fixed-term faculty position at the assistant professor level. The Division of Pediatric Allergy/Immunology and Rheumatology offers an exceptionally collaborative environment for the care of children with the full spectrum of pediatric allergy, asthma, and immune deficiency disorders. Clinical care is provided at the NC Children's Hospital, the NC Children's Specialty Clinic in Raleigh, as well as the UNC Specialty Care clinic at Sanford. The successful applicant will be directly engaged in the clinical and educational missions of the division. In addition, strong basic and translational research programs provide opportunities to participate in clinical trials for innovative therapies through collaborative work within the institution and as part of national research networks.
Education and Experience:
Position requires MD or MD/PhD training and being Board Certified/Board Eligible in Allergy/Immunology, with a valid NC medical license.
