Pay Range: $13.12 per hour or higher depending on education and experience

Position Summary: This position is responsible for creating, updating, and managing new and existing Advancement constituent records, generating reports; responding to inquiries and providing customer service.
Experience monitoring a records system to identify and correct errors
Experience researching a variety of sources to resolve problems
Experience interpreting, explaining and applying regulations, laws or complex policies to carry out assignments
Experience entering and retrieving data using a computerized records systems
Experience using administrative computer systems
Experience using spreadsheet software
Experience manipulating database software to store, retrieve and compile information
Experience producing typed or word-processed material in a variety of business formats
Proficiency using a computer keyboard for data entry
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal effectively with a variety of people
Demonstrated ability to organize projects and files
Ability to deal with interruptions and to work independently
