The Support Specialist will be responsible for:
Interacts with Boston Children's managers and employees across all levels of the enterprise on usage of all Kronos modules.
Conducts classroom training for end-users on how best to utilize Kronos timekeeping and scheduling.
Supports testing of system changes, including configuration changes and upgrades.
Responds to customer service ticket requests, delivering necessary support to end users.
Develops action plans to ensure timely and effective resolution of end user inquiries.
Improves and documents the technical processes around application support.
Provides technical and functional support to Kronos software and devices.
Develops and maintains a thorough working knowledge of Kronos modules and devices.
Researches opportunities for service delivery improvement.
Assists in the development and upkeep of user guides, operating procedures and training guides for Kronos timekeeping and scheduling.
To qualify, you must have:
Bachelor's degree required.
Lean Six Sigma or other similar methodologies strongly preferred.
A minimum of 2 years' experience with Kronos or other leading workforce management solutions.
Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Experience with Kronos strongly preferred.
Bilingual Candidate strongly preferred.
The ability to speak and write in English and Spanish.
Strong communications skills with the ability to deliver phone and email support is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills is required.
General knowledge of business practices and understanding of system workflows.
Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
