The Center for Aerospace Manufacturing Technologies has need for a Program/Project Support Coordinator Senior. The Program/Project Support Coordinator Senior will manage center projects, including research projects and significant operational projects, with key responsibilities as follows:
Work with the Director and center faculty to prepare project plans for research and operational projects.
Support the Director and faculty in the execution of those projects by monitoring progress and expenses and communicating regular updates of project status with all relevant entities.
At closeout, the Program/Project Support Coordinator Senior will coordinate with all relevant entities to ensure all deliverables have been realized.
Working with the Director, the Program/Project Support Coordinator Senior will schedule and coordinate staff and equipment priority in alignment with the overall project needs and priorities.
Maintain center Quality Management Systems for research projects, and create new QMS as needed.
Manage information protection and data management, including proprietary information and export requirements, for center projects in accordance with QMS.
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
