This position is vital in coordinating and executing events within the Nebraska East Union by collaborating with the Nebraska Unions Reservation staff and the customer hosting the events to ensure proper planning, development and execution from an operational view point occur for all events within the Nebraska East Union. This position will increase the customer service provided to each event within the Nebraska East Union and provide a contact to troubleshoot and correct issues as they occur. The position will provide operational oversight to Lanes N Games in the Nebraska East Union. This position will serve as the initial responder to all evening and weekend emergencies either via phone or in person. This position will assist in the development and execution of department risk management and emergency evacuation plans and implement training to staff. This position will also lead and manage a team of undergraduate and graduate student workers.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field plus two years of customer service experience; equivalent education/experience considered. One year of supervisory experience. Experience with word processing and spreadsheet software. Experience must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Master’s degree in business, communications, or a related field. Hospitality experience. Facilities and event experience in a college/university setting. Experience working in a bowling center.
Posted Salary: $20.192/hr. minimum
