One member of a front line team managing switchboard operations. Respond appropriately to all contacts made from prospective students electronically, by mail and by telephone. Assist with processing of student inquiries and applications. Assist with front desk duties such as greeting visitors, scheduling campus tours, updating tour attendees, and implementing Daily Check and Cash Log procedures. May be asked to assist with student worker or other employee training.
Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and written, computer and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet applications. High school diploma requried.
Considerable knowledge of office practices and procedures and office equipment. Demonstrated ability to interpret and follow oral and written rules and regulations. Ability to learn new practices, procedures and equipment operations. Ability to organize work and multi-task in a confidential and professional environment. Good decision making is needed when determining information to be disseminated. Working knowledge of Banner, Slate, or other CRM. Experience with switchboard operations.
