About the Opportunity: Reporting into the Manager, International Partnerships at International Enrollment Management Division, the Channel Partner Relationship Coordinator, performs a wide range of channel partner engagement and administrative duties related to the university's global recruitment effort.
Responsibilities: This Position includes effectively delivering university messaging that communicates and motivates the channel partners to lead to a high rate of application completion and enrollment conversion; serving as a liaison to interact with the channel partners about program/university information, announcement, updates, training and events; coordinating with related university departments to facilitate university B2B recruitment campaign, application/enrollment process, answer questions and concerns in a friendly and helpful manner regarding our programs and student experience from our partners.
Based in Boston, the Relationship Coordinator will be working closely with our worldwide channel partners, Boston and Global teams of the university, responsible for providing an exceptional channel partner-focused customer service ensuring that internal and external communications are executed in a timely and impactful manner. The key responsibilities of this position are not limited to supporting development and distribution of marketing materials, partner newsletter/newsroom, understanding of admissions processes and requirements, organizing webinars to the partners and coordinating of the partners' campus visits.
Channel Partner Relationship Coordinator works as part of a highly motivated professional team and is responsible for collaborating with International Enrollment Management Division to develop and implement an effective strategy of international recruitment and channel partner communications; establishing and maintaining rapport with partners to maximize our recruitment efforts.
The successful candidate needs to be a proactive and personable team player who should think creatively, react with agility, and have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. We need an individual who is easily acclimated to new systems and procedures and who will seek out ways to improve current processes. Since this individual will serve as a primary contact for our channel partners, he/she must possess strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with other members in a professional manner to relationship building. He/she should possess a demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently, in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and up to three years' experience in higher education is desired, Master Degree is a plus. Proficiency in the second language is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required. Exceptional customer service experience is essential. The candidate will need to be experienced in working with people from different cultures, have a demonstrated sensitivity to the understanding of the needs and concerns of a diverse population, is willing to occasionally to travel and work off hours is a must.

Ability to interact with international representatives, faculty, and students in a highly professional manner with an understanding of protocol and confidentiality.
Solid writing, proofreading and editing skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Salesforce and student record systems (e.g., Banner) preferred.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
