As a member of the Business Career Center team, the Career Coach or Senior Career Coach will serve as a career adviser to business students and support coordination of the College of Business (CoB) internship/job strategies course within the college's Professional Enhancement Program. Provide career coaching primarily to College of Business undergraduate students, as well as graduate students and alumni, regarding academic/career decision-making, experiential learning opportunities, full-time professional job search strategies and techniques, and career/life planning. Teach CoB Professional Enhancement Program courses. Plan and deliver career-related presentations and programs to varied audiences. Develop career-related programming for students, employers, and faculty/staff. Build and maintain relationships with employers.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the Senior Career Coach will manage a small-scale program targeted to student development or employer relations.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Career Coach Bachelor's degree plus one (1) year of experience working with students in a college/university or closely related setting required. A Master's degree may substitute for the experience. Experience with public speaking required. Experience must demonstrate the ability to work independently and function in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proven proficiency with word processing, database, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software essential.
Senior Career Coach Master's degree plus two (2) years of experience working with students in college/university career services, university recruiting, or closely related setting required. Public speaking experience necessary. Experience must demonstrate the ability to work independently and function in a fast-paced, team oriented environment essential. Demonstrated proficiency with word processing, database, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software required.
Career Coach Master's degree in business, education, counseling, student affairs, or related field of study preferred. Experience in career/academic advising, teaching, or closely related field desirable. Experience using Canvas educational technology or other course management software helpful. Demonstrated career counseling skills preferred.
