The Department of Radiology is seeking an Administrative Assistant Senior to provide high quality support for faculty over four divisions (Abdominal, Cardiothoracic, Emergency, and Neuroradiology).
MLearning facilitator for offsite clinics
Provide resources to meetings, including materials and AVI equipment, preparing agendas, taking minutes
Create forms, excel spreadsheets, databases and PowerPoint presentations
Prepare and send correspondence on behalf of the Division Director often of a confidential and sensitive nature
Make faculty and staff travel arrangements and process reimbursements through the University or outside agencies
Process reimbursements from Professional Development funds. Track medical license renewals, journal renewals, society memberships, etc.
Prepare and proofread various documents
Maintain all faculty M-CV
Manage speaker for resident core lectures
Complete moonlighting tallies
Manage cardiothoracic conference and resident lectures for the division of cardiothoracic
High School Degree or an equivalent of more than 5 years of experience in an administrative assistant position.
Adhere to high standards of teamwork by demonstrating adaptability, flexibility and consistently sharing information and resources with others
Experience in healthcare environment
Proficient experience in Microsoft Office software, as well as other databases, Outlook and calendar-keeping software
Must have demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion and judgement in responding to requests for information
Demonstrate ability to exercise good judgement and work successfully within a team and also independently
Excellent computer, verbal and interpersonal skills
Must be extremely organized, accurate and detailed oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience as with at least 4 years of administrative support experience for faculty and staff; understanding of University policies and procedures; knowledge of medical terminology.
40 hours; Day shift.
