The Office of College Advancement of Pitzer College seeks an organized and friendly individual with entry-level data entry experience. This position will provide administrative and office support, primarily assisting with data entry and corrections and preparing materials for staffing events. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, maintains composure in a faced-paced environment, manages a dynamic workload, and has strong interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience: Must have a high school diploma/GED, some college is preferred. Work experience in a data entry is preferred. Preference will be given for experience in a college/university setting.
Schedule: This is a temporary position working 20 hours per week from mid-March 2020 through July 31, 2020. The regular hours for temporary position are flexible, however 8:30-12:30 Monday through Friday is preferred. Occasional work on weekends and evenings may be required.
Hourly Rate: $15.50 per hour plus limited benefits—not negotiable.
