The Program and Data Coordinator provides data management and administrative support for the College of Business Graduate Programs (BGP) office. The individual in this position plays an important role in the representation of the BGP office. They are the first point of contact for visitors and prospective students and provide assistance to newly admitted and current students as well as the BGP director and staff. The Program and Data Coordinator maintains a large Access database of graduate program data and produces quarterly and ad-hoc reports, fiscal reports, and program surveys. College leadership depends upon the accuracy of this data for capacity analysis documents and college ranking reports. The position is also responsible for maintaining prospect information in client relationship management software.
Additionally, the position is responsible for general office management to include written, verbal, and electronic communication and coordination of meetings, travel, and special events. He/she will supervise student workers, provide assistance to the MBA Student Association, coordinate an online assessment course, and facilitate corporate visits from businesses and recruiters.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Associate’s degree plus 4 years of administrative experience which includes general office management and proficiency in the use of MS Access, Excel and Word required; equivalent education/experience considered. Experience must demonstrate interpersonal skill and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff and students.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in an educational setting helpful.
