Theatre Production Manager supervises students and other workers in production of University Theatre, Citamard, ACMO, and Entertainment Technology events. Maintains stock of expendable materials. Organizes and schedules production meetings and rehearsals. Locates workers to fill crew positions. Fills out and submit time sheets. Oversees production costs to ensure these meet budget; Monitors conditions and repair of university theatre building and equipment. Arranges for rental and transport of rental equipment as needed. Secures rights and royalties for productions and ensures marketing and public relations materials comply with contractual obligations.

B.A., B.F.A., or B.S. in Theatre or Theatre-Management Related Program.
One-Year Production Management experience in a professional environment.
communicate and coordinate the technical and performance aspects of theatrical and live entertainment productions.
schedule, train, supervise and advocate on behalf of students to ensure a strong experiential learning environment that results in high caliber productions.
budget and secure funding from various sources along with accounting abilities.
utilize multiple software platforms used in theatrical environments.
coordinate Marketing and Public Relations for theatrical productions that align with rights and royalties.
communicate and work effectively with a culturally diverse university community using strong interpersonal skills.

Strong logistical and organizational skills, including use of database management software.
