Advertised Job Summary:
Within the Division of Human Resources, the Benefits Analyst determines eligibility, reporting and tracking based on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) guidelines. The incumbent assists with the evaluation of policies and procedures to foster continual improvement of internal operations. Assists in the development of benefits office staff to enhance technical expertise and professionalism. Assists with the coordination and management of the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Workers' Compensation programs for the University.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 4 years experience in insurance or retirement programs, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation and ACA administration.
