Responsible to the Associate Provost for Academic Initiatives for providing consultation, advice, and strategic direction for academic program development. Position will work closely with other members of the Curriculum Innovation Center to identify and develop innovative academic program opportunities based on market research related to student demand, employer demand, and market competition
Collaborates with program leaders and coordinators on curriculum development and the exploration of new programs and modalities of on-ground and online instructional delivery methods.
Develops strategic plans to ensure academic programs are well-structured and well-managed in order to increase the number of majors and facilitate timely progress towards degree completion.
Develops metrics of program performance for use in decision-making related to program revision and development.
