Incumbent serves as Project Administrator - Enterprise Systems supports multiple divisions within Business Transformation & Optimization (BTOp) ---an integrated unit of Business & Financial Services (BFS). Incumbent applies professional concepts to support project and program management as well as business analysis and training workstreams. Coordinates projects of moderate scope and complexity to address a variety of business analysis, process documentation and status reporting needs. Supports training materials development and training session facilitation under the supervision of trainers and change management analysts. Fully analyzes issues and problems, gathers data and information, finds and evaluates alternatives and makes sound recommendations.

A Bachelor's Degree in related area with experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
Demonstrated experience in planning, coordination, and execution of various types and sizes of meetings and training events.
Prior experience with project management status reporting.
Proven experience handling highly confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, research, and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.
Working knowledge of applicable policy analysis techniques.
Demonstrated abilities to understand comprehensive project administration support requirements applicable to all projects, to analyze and evaluate possibilities for increasing effectiveness and efficiencies, and to successfully develop and implement procedural improvements.
Demonstrated outstanding writing skills with superior proofreading and editing skills to ensure appropriate style, consistency, format, accuracy, etc.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; proficiency with Microsoft programs; comfortable using JIRA, Confluence, and Google Docs; tech-savvy and quick to learn new programs.
