The mission of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is to advance the public's health through learning, discovery and communication. To pursue the mission, the School produces knowledge through research then translates this knowledge into evidence that can be communicated to the public, policymakers, and practitioners to advance the health of populations.
The Information Technology (IT) Department supports the School's mission by providing IT systems that support students, faculty, and staff in all aspects of teaching, learning, research and administration. The IT Department is responsible for the design, installation, management and monitoring of systems that include physical and virtual servers located in multiple sites, cloud computing, file and print services, desktop management, data backup, and disaster recovery.

Strong troubleshooting skills preferred
Experience with Windows Server and Desktop management preferred
Experience with VMWare vCenter/ESXi preferred
