Henderson Community College serves approximately 1,500 credit, dual credit, adult education and workforce development students each semester in a three-county region of Northwest Kentucky. Henderson is one of 16 colleges in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). The college and its faculty and staff are focused on student and community development and success. HCC is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
Leads the college's Hispanic/Latino Outreach Program.
Facilitates increased awareness of educational opportunities offered at HCC that results in increased Hispanic/Latino enrollment, retention, and credential completion.
Assists students in navigating college application and financial aid programs, including state, federal (FAFSA), and private scholarship opportunities.
Develops effective relationships with local middle schools, high schools, parents/families, civic organizations, churches, local businesses/industries, and other community groups.
Supervises and mentors Hispanic/Latino Student Ambassadors.
Fosters relationships with Hispanic/Latino alumni of HCC.
Serves as a Hispanic/Latino student success coach.
Conducts campus tours and collaborates with other college departments in college recruitment events.
Maximizes social media and other tools to connect with prospective students, parents, and the community.
Works with the campus recruitment team to develop and distribute enrollment publications and communications including letters, brochures, website postings, and electronic mail announcements.
Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree and two (2) years of related work experience, or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree and no experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Travel and participation in evening and weekend events are required.
