STUDENT EXPERIENCE AND EVALUATION COORDINATOR , Sloan School of Management , to serve as an integral member of a seven person team within the MBA and MSMS Program Office. Will be responsible for organizing and executing high level programs. Key responsibilities include assisting with organizing and executing various programs and community events for the MBA population of 800+; managing all communications for the office, including developing and implementing a communication strategy for two weekly newsletters, summer communications, and general email and Slack inquires; working as part of the MBA team on a wide range of projects and special initiatives to ensure success of the program; overseeing the program design and delivery of preorientation for incoming students; synthesizing information from a variety of sources and utilizing critical thinking and analyses to identify and recommend programs and events geared towards student experience for current and prospective MBA and MSMS students.
Job Requirements REQUIRED : a bachelor's degree, at least two years' administrative and/or project/program management experience, an interest in data analytics and experience managing data in Excel, demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint and spreadsheet and word processing software, and strong organizational and time-management skills. PREFERRED : web analytics experience, knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator, and familiarity with MIT and MIT Sloan policies and procedures. Job #18553-6
