Assist in proctoring student exams
Learn and use specialized software for student record tracking and purchasing
Troubleshoot with faculty, staff and students
Purchase and maintain office supplies
Process invoices for payment
Assist director in monitoring two departmental budgets
Learn and use information about accommodations for students with disabilities
Check out equipment to students
Work collaboratively with professional staff and student staff team
Document and track purchases and invoices using Microsoft Excel
Assist with special events when needed
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications and Experience: High school diploma required Records management Word processing and desk-top publishing Good written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel Customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Administrative assistant experience Higher education experience Purchasing Accounts payable Maintaining budget records Proficient in using technology, specifically Windows, Microsoft Office products
