Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Schedule and shift are subject to change in accordance with department needs.)
This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of comprehensive, complex, and specialized administrative duties to support the head of a functional activity within a college or District; and managing office functions to assure efficient operations. This requires specialized knowledge in the functional area supported (e.g. financial aid, student services, health services, various instructional areas, and any other departments).
High school diploma or GED
Minimum four (4) years of administrative experience; may be supplemented by applicable college courses.

The ability to address the needs of diverse student and/or employee populations.
Extensive customer service training or skills.
Experience taking initiative to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Familiarity in working with donor or contact management databases.
Experience writing and tracking thank you letters and managing the process for acknowledging donors.
Knowledge in working with a high profile Board of Directors or other governing body to answer questions, gather information, and prepare for meetings.
