Advertised Job Summary:
This part-time position coordinates, and/or performs administrative duties for the Office of the Faculty Senate, including the Chair of the Faculty Senate, Secretary of the Faculty Senate and Faculty Senate Committees with correspondence, reports, calendars and meetings. The position assists with the organization and management of the Chair and Secretary of the Faculty Senate, Faculty Senators and Faculty Senate Committees by advising them of matters requiring action and informing them of relevant procedures and precedents. This position provides administrative assistance relative to the Faculty Senate Office when needed to the administrative offices of the University of South Carolina.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma and 4 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or equivalency.
