The Department of Information Technology Services is seeking a Technical Clerk to assist with day-to-day operations and customer service with the ETSU Switchboard.
Additional tasks will be helping with answering the main campus telephone lines, routing calls to correct individuals and/or departments, providing directions to visitors and outside guests, updating University telephone listing on the electronic platform, reporting and performing various clerical tasks as assigned, recognize, respond to, and report emergency situations, assist in various project research for Information Technology Services.
