Qualifications Job Summary Prepare and communicate visit schedules for home health aides and clients using the Epic system. Input data into computerized system and distribute printed information to aides. Receive incoming telephone calls and respond by providing information or triaging to appropriate manager. Qualifications and Experience
Minimum one year office experience, preferably in a health care setting
Computer literate in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other software; Epic experience desirable
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to interact with a diverse population
Must be able to adapt to changing situations
Excellent verbal, written and electronic communications skills
Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
