We have an exciting opportunity at University of Washington Medical Center for an experienced nurse to take a leadership role as the RN for Clinical Oversight (RN3) on 8N/Inpatient Rehabilitation. The RN provides professional nursing care; provides leadership for specific program areas and unit functions such as developing education programs, acting as clinical resource for staff, and coordinating daily operations; and assists the Health Services Manager to develop, maintain, and evaluate the on-going operations of the unit.
Position is 90%, variable shifts, and requires UWMC RN, Washington State RN license, BSN or enrolled in BSN program, minimum of two years of professional nursing experience, excellent communication, problem solving and teamwork skills, leadership and/or charge nurse experience; rehab nursing experience strongly preferred.
