GENERAL PURPOSE Provides data needed for internal ad hoc requests, external survey requests, annual reports and accreditation submissions. Create and administer assessment surveys. This job description represents an overview of the essential functions of this job. This is not a complete listing of all required duties. Specific duties may vary over time to meet the needs of the College.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Assisting the Associate Director for Institutional Research in completing federal, state, and other external reporting requirements • Providing data support to the campus community through the development of institutional reports. • Provide support to the campus community in the development and implementation of planning and assessment initiatives by assisting with the development of constituent surveys. • Other duties as assigned
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Microsoft Access • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft PowerPoint • Jenzabar or similar SIS/ERP • Statistical Software • Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Information Systems, or related field (Master's Preferred) • 3-5 years experience working in higher education
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED Desktop computer, including spreadsheet and word processing software; copy machine; fax machine, printers, and scanners.
