Are you looking for your next great opportunity? I would love to have you join our team in Bluegrass country. Lexington Kentucky is a delightful combination of big-city conveniences and small-town friendliness, surrounded by beautiful horse farms and a great place to live and work. We have smooth bourbon and delicious regional dishes such as burgoo, beer cheese and modjeska candy, and the city fills with the excitement of horse racing every April and October at Keeneland.
At the University of Kentucky, the volume of sponsored project awards grew 25% last year and, as we continue to support our researchers, we are looking to fill a Research Administrator position in the Office of Sponsored Projects Administration (OSPA). Our Research Administrators are responsible for the administration of external sponsored projects (grants and contracts) University wide. This includes acting as the University of Kentucky administrative liaison for sponsors and University faculty and staff; review, process, and submit proposals if applicable, award review and negotiation with sponsors.
