To perform a variety of mail services to students, faculty, and staff. Process and track incoming mail into the Send Suite Arrival System. Retrieve and deliver mail to the campus community. Provide window service, meter mail, and assist with other Mail Center functions.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit:
The Campus Mail Center of North Carolina A & T State University is a unit of the Business and Finance Division. The Campus Mail Center's duties are vital to the University's administration, faculty and students. It is a liaison between the United State Postal Service and the University, it also service as an information center. The function of the Mail Center operation is a daily operation to the University and Students to carry out the services of mail handling in a professional, courteous manner and orderly manner. It requires Supervision, Mail Clerks and a Processing Assistant that are dedicated, loyal, honest and trustworthy employees to carry out this function. The Center has the responsibility of handling vital documents such as federal grants, federal loans and other important matter which affects the entire operations of the University. The nature of materials handled requires extreme care and confidentiality. Overall, the Campus Mail Center is the hub of communication for resident students and their families, friends, the administration and faculty.

High school diploma or equivalency.
Two years previous Mail Center experience, outstanding customer service skills, be able to think critically and a team player.
