- Coordinate and prepare the annual Executive Education operating budget. - Prepare and/or review, audit and approve/adjust/reject various Executive Education transactions: o Purchase requisitions o Travel authorizations o Travel vouchers o Budget transfers and journals o Personnel requisitions / ePARs o OneCard purchases o Inter-departmental transfers / IDTs o Work orders o Online Campus access requests / eCATs o New cost center requests o Market Place and store front applications - Review and approve: o Cost center reconciliations o OneCard reconciliations - Proactively review and monitor cost center activity. Initiate budget transfers and budget journals as necessary. - Responsible for Executive Education Rooms.

Bachelor’s degree and five years of related accounting and office management/supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree in Business Administration, public administration, or other related field, and/or CPA or other related certification. 5 years of experience with accounting and/or financial principles and practices including budgeting, internal controls, financial analysis and problem solving; 3 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of Excel experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent customer service; attention to detail; and proven ability to initiate and manage priorities to meet deadlines. 1 year of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly preferred.
