The Admissions Counselor and Staff Assistant will support the Office of Admissions DDS and Dental Hygiene outreach and recruitment efforts. Duties include, but are not limited to recruitment, marketing, public relations work, planning and implementing recruitment events, developing promotional materials, and processing and reviewing admission applications.
Monday – Friday; 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
This position requires successful completion of a criminal background check and drug and alcohol screening.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Counseling, Higher Education, Public Relations, or related field; one year of related experience in Higher Education, sales, marketing, or public relations; computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and social media platforms; excellent communication skills with diverse populations, both verbal and written; strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to solve problems and work independently.
Knowledge of WebAdmit, PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Access; knowledge of dental school admissions processes; familiarity with content management systems. Two years of experience preferred.
Target Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 Hourly
