UK HealthCare is recruiting a Strategic Healthcare Contract Manager/UKHC for the Kentucky AIDS Drug Assistance Income Reinvestment Program. This federal grant funded program will be partnering with collaborating agencies across the Commonwealth to provide services associated with HIV medical care, outreach, and testing. We seek a contract manager with at least one year of hands-on healthcare contract experience. A successful candidate will have experience with drafting and analyzing clinical agreements and subcontract agreements. The successful manager candidate will possess a healthcare background, preferably with federal programs from the Health Resources and Services Administration. This position manages contract functions to support both internal and external program participants in a fast paced, detailed and regulatory oriented environment. This position will provide contract development and management and will assist in ensuring that all collaborating agencies are in compliance with federal and state program guidelines.
This position is funded through a grant and thus contingent upon the continuation of the grant.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in healthcare contracting work; strong organizational and communication skills; and experience in word processing and database management.

A Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in healthcare contracting, including drafting, coordinating, and analyzing clinical contracts.
