The College of Design is seeking a Systems Support Specialist II. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the Computer Labs in the College of Design. This includes 80 machines in 3 standard labs plus several small satellite installations in the College of Design and nearby buildings. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for the development of training materials and documentation of lab procedures and equipment usage; server maintenance for a variety of servers used for the college;. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to effectively participate in team efforts, be self-motivated, detail oriented and sensitive to deadlines.
