This is a limited term position for 3 years.
The Department of Psychology at Tufts University conducts cutting-edge research aimed at understanding the causes and consequences of mental processes and behavior. We are innovative and interdisciplinary in our approach, and our work addresses social, cognitive, and neural levels of analysis.
This individual works in collaboration with the senior investigator in the host laboratory. S/he works independently to participate in or lead a portion of a research project or projects. The research associate contributes ideas and suggestions to the research effort, operates independently and publishes papers in collaboration with the senior investigator. This individual may have other responsibilites in the laboratory such as supervision of staff, training of graduate students or postdoctoral fellows, grant proposal writing, writing papers, etc. This is 1 year limited appointment, renewable each year with continued funding and successful performance in role.
3 years experience in postdoctoral research position.
PhD, MD, DVM, DDS, DMD or equivalent degree.
Expertise in magnetoencephalography and electroencephalography study design, collection, and analysis.
An employee in this position must complete all appropriate background checks at the time of hire, promotion, or transfer.
