The Coordinator serves as the lead administrator for Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) Operations team, reporting directly to the Associate Vice President DAR Operations. The successful candidate will support the Associate Vice President, seven Senior Directors and a team of 50 operations staff members. He or she will be responsible for maintaining, tracking and reporting on all operations team budgets and reconciling monthly expenses. The Coordinator will oversee and manage the Associate Vice President's calendar and partner as needed with the Vice Presidents' Coordinator and the Senior Administrative Director. The Coordinator will respond and initiate communication on behalf of the Associate Vice President and the operations teams, provide customer service for Alumni, donors and friends of the University. The ideal candidate will assume a lead role as assigned; executing University events and related data management. The Coordinator will also partner on various projects with the following operations teams: research, prospect management, information services, donor relations, staff development training, marketing and communications
