The Associate Director Graduate & Online Counseling is responsible for creating and maintaining the structure and flow of Title IV aid administration for our numerous alternative calendar programs. The Associate Director will provide leadership and supervision for the current Graduate counseling staff and work collaboratively with the Financial Aid leadership team to ensure an unsurpassed student experience for all of our students on alternative calendars. They will also identify, track, and monitor the Title IV compliance issues and risks associated with these populations.
