The Digital Producer for On Point is responsible for supporting the production WBUR & NPRs daily show, On Point, one of the fastest-growing NPR programs reaching 73% of the country on more than 250 NPR stations and more than 2M podcast downloads per month. The Digital Producer is responsible for planning, creating, and executing social strategies with editorial colleagues to support On Point's mission, with the goal of produced content being widely shared on WBUR.org, NPR.org, and other digital platforms. The Digital Producer will also organize, write, edit, curate, and produce engaging material including text, audio, photos, video, and podcasts in an ever-expanding digital body of work. The Digital Producer develops and executes a digital growth and engagement strategy for social media and original digital content, and participates in show research and production as part of the daily structure of the On Point program.
B.A./B.S., and five to eight years of related experience.
