Medical Program Facilitator will provide clerical support for Johnson City Internal Medicine clinic and Cardiology clinic. This position will perform a variety of complex clerical/administrative tasks, which may include but are not necessarily limited to:
Provide clerical support the Internal Medicine and Cardiology Clinics.
Draft professional letters, emails and routine correspondence.
Process travel documents and check requests
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars and monitor faculty budgets.
Create physician on-call schedules and enter into hospital systems
Create packets of information for residents
Maintain resident clinic schedules
Create meeting agendas and compose minutes for meetings.
Maintain office supplies

High school diploma or GED plus one to two years of clerical or secretarial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (relevant part-time, student worker, graduate assistance experience may be considered).
