The Endowed Professor position for Psychology will teach doctoral students and support their research, present and publish regularly in the field of expertise and conduct research along with other duties.
Infuse into the College and University an established research agenda
Present and publish regularly in the field of expertise
Establish both internal and external partnerships/relationships to enhance the College and University?s reputation and research
Teach doctoral students and support their development as researchers through mentorship, co-authorships, advising students in theses and dissertations.
Assist with student recruitment and retention efforts, especially for the Psychology graduate programs
Conduct appropriate curriculum reviews, while continually seeking improvement in the quality and relevance of the Psychology doctoral program.
Maintain active membership on Department, College and, University committees.
Required Education and Experience:
Doctorate from an accredited university in clinical psychology
Six years of higher education experience and a sustained record of quality teaching and scholarship.
