The department of Radiation Medicine Services is seeking an Administrative Support Associate I.
This position provides pre-certification, scheduling and patient notification of therapeutic procedures (may include some diagnostic as needed).
Register patients, maintain Mosaiq/ARIA physician scheduling calendar and conflicts, document communications and schedule events in department internal Mosaiq-Aria system.
Position will support insurance follow-up.
Experience in obtaining customer demographic information and supporting high call volume (business or medical). Communication skills, verbal and written.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Associate’s degree plus four or more years related medical office patient charging, patient registration and insurance verification experience preferred. Experience in medical clinic preferred.
