Ambulatory Services seek a Practice Manager III to utilize their clinical, managerial and leadership expertise to successfully lead the daily operations of the KNI Practice located at the Kentucky Clinic. This position is vital in meeting all Departmental and Ambulatory goals for all practices including goals for the Medical Directors, Practice Managers, Staff and Departmental leadership as directed by the Chair, Senior Medical Director, Department Administrator and Ambulatory Director.
The successful Practice Manager III will assist in alignment of goals, evidence based standard practices, alignment of processes relating to standards of practice expected at the enterprise including practices expected by regulatory and licensing bodies. The PM III position will directly supervise all staff at the KNIKYC site (non RN). This position in coordination with the PMs, Chairs, Medical Directors, and faculty will develop and implement initiatives focused on patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ambulatory practice, budgeting, data analysis, leadership and communication.

Required License/Registration/Certification :
Masters degree including MPH, MSN, MBA, MHA, or MPA preferred.
