UK Healthcare is seeking an Enterprise Director for the Office of Patient Experience. This highly-visible position will lead the development of tactics to operationalize the key elements of patient and family centered care as the foundation for the UKHC strategic plan. This position will be responsible for leadership in the development and implementation of integrated patient-centered care programs, structures, systems, policies and programs throughout the UK HealthCare enterprise, including Chandler, Good Samaritan, College of Medicine, Eastern State Hospital and Ambulatory Clinics.
The Enterprise Director will also: continually monitor patient and employee engagement data, identify and share best practices and integrate evidence based data to influence the delivery of patient and family centered care. This position will also plan and implement the physician engagement survey, working closely with Chief Medical Officer, Chief Physician Executive and Dean of the College of Medicine to develop strategies to address physician engagement opportunities. The Enterprise Director will also manage a team of Patient Experience Managers while facilitating financial planning both long and short term for the office, including annual budget development, service line or unit accounting.
This position requires strong leadership and administration experience, with complex problem solving, decision making, and analysis skills. This position will also require large-scale project management, vendor management, and experience managing employees and multiple work units.
