Directs and provides oversight for executing operational programs. With primary focus on patient care and operational outcomes, provides guidance and leadership to assure appropriate focus and patient care goals are met through utilization of analytics and quality, safety, value outcomes. Holds direct reports accountable for managing and developing assignments to ensure goals are achieved. For all areas of oversight, holds accountability and sustainability in customer service and/or services provided. Assures the appropriate human resources, staffing structure and resource affiliates are available. Accountable for the integration of diverse providers and programs such that alignment is reached and maintained to assure the goals of UK HealthCare are attained.
This position will have a focus on oversight for enterprise-based contracts and defined special projects reporting to the Chief Experience and Operations Officer.

Masters + 5 years hospital operations/leadership preferred.
