Temporary - Service Management Business Analyst Associate (Summer Intern)

In this role as a Service Management Business Analyst Associate, you will help teams in the Service Management Office (SMO) manage requests, complete tasks to improve the request management process, and assure the quality of request forms built in the ServiceNow service management system.
What you’ll be doing:
Reviewing request forms to confirm accuracy of ownership data and form usage
Helping process customer feedback that relates to forms in ServiceNow
Assisting with requirements gathering for new forms in ServiceNow, and with updates to existing forms
Testing request forms to confirm proper functionality and verify that customer requirements have been met
Skills you bring to the table:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
An interest in the IT Information Library (ITIL) framework for managing services
An interest in service management and streamlining and improving the delivery of services in ServiceNow
Skills you will gain:
Understanding of the ITIL framework and IT Service Management
Understanding of the ServiceNow architecture
Understanding of quality control and quality assurance methods for capturing requirements, building request forms, and testing builds created by developers
Collaboration and communication skills for working on IT teams and with others
Assessment skills for identifying customer needs and delivering value
